Hey.

Welcome to my blog. I'm a 20-something year old chatting about my adventures in travel and style, with some general life musings on the side. Hope you have a nice stay!

"Streetwear" is really about comfort; it's about practically mixed with the unexpected. - Click to Tweet

Hello March!

Is anyone else feeling hopeful that Spring may actually be around the corner? Despite the blizzards of last week, temperatures are creeping up towards double digits and I, for one, am hopeful that Summer is going to be LIT!

I'll be honest, I've been in a bit of a style rut - partially induced by a necessary but painful shopping ban (you know adulting and travel ambitions...) and partially down to the overexposure of high street pieces. I have to say, I'm a little over the high street (except Zara, of course) and I'm certainly getting a bit tired of the the version of "streetwear" trend that mass media is constantly bombarding us with.

Don't get me wrong, I am totally here for "streetwear" trend (which, contrary to what the Kardashians and Jenner's will have you believe, is not a new phenomenon that they invented but that is a discussion for another day). "Streetwear" is really about comfort; it's about practically mixed with the unexpected. As someone who is most comfortable in trousers and t-shirts, those are two concepts I can definitely get behind!

So for my March moodboard, I've selected some OGs whose styles, at least in my opinion, don't seem contrived and certainly don't remind me of one huge missguided advert.
